Ladies.. Sick of flabby
thighs and hips? Well.. this is a very common problem! Hips
and thighs are the major areas where women store their fat
reserves. And as it all looks absolutely terrible, most
women again fall for magic pills and lotions, even to
surgery to get rid of this fat.
Although I believe that
surgery is quite safe, I don't recommend spending so much
and getting into such a hassle. There are easier ways to
achieve results as far as losing fat from your hips, thighs,
stomach and love handles is concerned.
First of all, you should
follow a healthy diet plan which should at least reduce your
fat and sugar intake. Stay away from junk food. There is an
open debate on whether reducing the calorie count helps or
not.
Our body has to work at
least twice as hard to produce energy from fat so it's
absolutely vital that you learn about fats properly.
Saturated fats in special are VERY BAD.
The next
important thing is exercise. You gotta be very careful with
it. Although this one depends on what you prefer. I would
rather like to have slim thighs rather than muscular thighs
but you may need to tone up your thighs and hips if you have
too much of stored fat in that area.
There are
certain other factors that can contribute to fluid or fat
retention on the thighs. Such factors include hormone
imbalance such as is the case at the time of puberty,
pregnancy etc. Some experts say that it can also contribute
to the appearance of cellulite on the thighs, which make
them appear fatter.
One more very
important thing to keep in mind is to be careful with your
diet even if you're a vegetarian. Many vegetarian frozen
foods contain a high percentage of fat as well as salt. Too
much salt can lead to fluid retention which can play havoc
with weight.
Then, you
gotta reduce your junk food and alcohol intake. If you drink
large quantities of alcohol then your liver gets really
upset. Alcohol is bad in two ways. It contains empty
calories which are good nothing but making you fat PLUS the
excess toxins from alcohol get into the bloodstream and end
up in the thigh area for women and in the chest area for
mean. At least give up alcohol completely if possible..
