Q. Why
should I lose weight?
You shouldn't be asking this question in the first place
because you're on this page because you want to lose weight
:-) Anyway, I got your point. You should lose weight for two
basic reasons: Your looks and your health's sake. And
believe me a lighter body feels good, both physically and
emotionally.
Q. Do diet
supplements work? Do any other weight loss products work?
Supplements and pills don't work PERIOD. Yes, other weight
loss products are helpful. They include weight loss
information products, diet plans and weight loss community
centers for motivation and support.
Q.
Nothing seems to work for me. What should I do?
Try to lose weight! Surprised? Let me tell you what. If you
can not sell a product, that means your sales plan is flawed
and if you can't lose weight, that means your weight loss
plan is flawed. Gather the proper information and try then.
There is no way you will not lose weight!
Q. I
overweigh by at least 100 pounds. Is it possible to lose
that much weight?
What made you think it's not possible? You have an
optimal weight reading according to your body structure and
anything else that you have on your body can be lost by
following a sensible weight loss plan. And it doesn't matter
if that extra weight reads 20 pounds or 200 pounds.
Q. Everyone
in my family is fat, Is fatness a genetic factor or
something?
Ha Ha Ha. Okay.. I feel better now and will answer your
question. NO ONE IS FAT INHERENTLY! You are overweight
because you're either doing nothing about it or either
you're doing it all wrong.
Q. Diets
don't work for me, I've tried everything!
I agree. Fad diets don't work. Sensible diets do! Give
up 3 day diet, 20 pounds in 2 week diet and other such
rubbish plans. Then diet WILL work for you. Also, you must
follow a sensible diet properly. Then only, it will work.
Q. You have
talked a lot about a 'proper' or 'sensible' diet plan? What
plan do you recommend?
Any sensible weight loss plan will work and your common
sense will tell you what's sensible. Although it's possible
to lose weight solely by following a diet plan or an
exercise plan alone but it's better to follow a completely
optimized weight loss plan that considers at least these 3
factors: 1) Diet 2) Exercise 3) Behavior Control & Self
Image Boost.
But some plans
are harder than others so you may not be able to stick to a
very strict plan. Pick a plan that makes use of all the
discovered nutritional and physiological information to make
losing weight at least as easy for you as possible.
MagicallySLIM
provides you with the right information, tools and resources
to lose and control your weight
while eating what you want to eat, when you want and as much
as you want and most importantly, automating your weight
management task at a subconscious level so you don't have to
consciously worry about it.
