that kind of weight loss genuinely. Fad diets rely on
fluid loss from body to get such results which is
temporary and unhealthy. I advise you to concentrate on
losing weight permanently and in a healthy manner and it
shouldn't have to be very slow. You can lose up to 3 lbs
in a healthy manner in a week with a good weight loss
plan. If you're REALLY obese and your eating habits are in
a mess, then you may lose even more than that per week.
